Warranty

At FloSkis we stand behind our products. We are proud of every pair of skis that are shipped to our customers.

All FloSkis have a one year from the date of purchase against material defects and workmanship. Please keep your purchase receipt/invoice, if you cannot produce a proof of purchase then FloSkis will use the manufacture date as the commencement of the warranty.

The warranty applies only to FloSkis purchased from www.floskis.com or an authorized FloSkis dealer and is valid for the original purchaser only.

Excluded under this warranty are the following:
  • Improper mounting of bindings.
  • Impact related damages (rocks, tree stumps, rails, boxes, etc.)
  • Cosmetic issues such as: scratches, chips and dents, sun-faded graphics, edge oxidation or rust.
  • Damage from normal wear and tear.
Should we determine the skis to be covered under the warranty, FloSkis shall be limited to repair or replace the defective set of skis at FloSkis’s discretion. Repaired or replaced skis are warranted for the remaining period of the original warranty.

If you feel your skis are covered under the warranty, please send an email describing the defect and include a picture.
